Unlocking the Law

Key Cases

Key Cases are designed to give a clear understanding of important cases. They will make learning the leading cases effortless and are useful for when starting a new topic or for revision in the run up to exams.

Each book follows the same format separating the cases into:

  • key facts - the basic facts of the case
  • key law - the major principle of the law in the case
  • key judgment - an actual extract from a judgment made on the case
  • key comment  - influential comments made on a case
  • key problem - apparent inconsistencies or difficulties in the law

These books are suitable for students on the LLB, ILEX and post-graduate conversion courses.
